Since 1987 Cleveland Vocational has worked closely with the area’s Textile Industry to keep textile waste out of our local Landfill. As a result millions of pounds of Polypropylene plastic have been recycled and sold to the injection molding industry across the United States. Likewise, millions of Pounds of Polyester yarn has been removed from the waste stream and used for other textile products.

This year Cleveland Vocational started recycling mail bags on contract with SynCot Plastics. These bags will be re-ground and re-pellitized to make new products.

Each year Cleveland Vocational recycles hundreds of tons of Corrugated and paper through our operations and on contract with other companies.
