Board of Directors
The organization is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who serves a four-year term without pay. The primary functions of the Board are long-term planning, long-term financial planning, and policy development. The Board employs the Executive Director as their employee; all other employees of the organization are the employees of the Executive Director.
